We cater for vegetarian and pescatarian diets. We do not cater for vegan diets, however we currently have our Registered Dietitian working on this for us. Check back at our next challenge for any updates.
A one-off payment of $160. That’s it!
The 8WC section will unlock one week before the Challenge starts so you can plan for the week ahead. You will have access until one week after the challenge ends.
The best way to demonstrate is by showing you photos from some of our participants in previous challenges. Results will vary from person to person and the photographed participants committed to following the nutrition guide plus averaged 5-6 exercise sessions a week for the entire 8 weeks. Remember if you are willing to put in the work you will get results.…… YOU ARE YOUR ONLY LIMIT!

We have three daily programs available as well as a weekly run program.
ACTV Gravity is our bodyweight program which requires no equipment. Each week we have filmed two workouts in full so you can train alongside one of our trainers. For other sessions of the week all the exercises have been filmed so you can ensure you have correct form. Most workouts are around 30mins long and are made up of a variety of workout structures designed to target different energy systems and areas of the body throughout the week.
ACTV Resistance is our program targeted at changing body composition by lifting weights. It is very structured and we have seen amazing results by those who complete it.
ACTV Performance is the program we follow at our gym on the Gold Coast. It requires access to equipment and varies in training volume and intensity across the week to ensure recovery and mitigate overtraining.
ACTV Run is written by our experienced run coach. If you’ve ever wanted to become a better runner but didn’t know where to start then this is for you. There are three run sessions are week which you can mix in with the training program you have chosen. To cater for everyone most sessions have two options depending on if you are a beginner or an experienced runner.
YES!! Our aim for the 8WC is to give you the knowledge you need to continue well beyond these eight weeks and let’s be honest any plan that requires you to cut out all delicious foods is not sustainable long term! Therefore you can definitely include chocolate in your daily meal plan and we will give you the knowledge you need to do so.
